Whether you want to grow your booty, or you just want to tone it down. This is exactly the workout which you need to add to your weekly routine.
This one is super quick but a really intense workout. You will end up burning 120-180 kcal by the time you end this workout.
Try to go at your own pace, take necessary gaps in between.
Don’t forget to add a warmup before starting the workout and a cool down once its done.
