Transitioning Outside Your Comfort Zone

When things are difficult and scary, it's often easy to remain in our comfort zones out of fear, stress, or anxiety. When it comes to being transgender and transition, there are so many reasons that this can arise. Learning new skills like voice training, make-up, and fashion, doing new things via social transition, and even being faced with discrimination. However, it remains important is being able to get out of our comfort zones in order to grow, become happier, and be more authentic. So, in this video, I try to explain how we can do just that, and how we sometimes have to make a leap of faith.
