The defense team of Charlie Kirk's alleged shooter, Tyler Robinson, 22, are looking to disqualify a prosecutor for a conflict of interest.
A child of one of the prosecutors was at Utah Valley University event when the shooting occurred.
The defense team states that the child was with 85-feet of the public speaker when he was shot.
Previously sealed court documents from the October 24 hearing have been released and Robinson's team requested their client be allowed to wear normal clothing and to have no recordings of the trial.
