SERIES INFO
If you're new, Columbia City was a Cities: Skylines series where built my own metropolis set in the Pacific Northwest region of the United States. In this series, I tried to adhere to very strict standards of realism while still ensuring that the city expands into a large metropolitan region. With this focus on realism, I tried to balance the antiquated car-centric postwar urban planning strategies which were unfortunately used by many American cities with newer, more forward-thinking strategies which focus on transit-oriented development, high density neighborhoods, walkability, and public transit access. I hope you follow along as we expand Columbia City and take inspiration from amazing cities like Seattle, Vancouver, and Portland!
