Описание: This is the first time I grew bitter gourd. The growth was very fast and they came in abundance! :D All thanks to the hot weather and fertile soil. Within less than 2 months I was able to harvest ripe bitter gourds! :D

Steps followed:

Take out the seeds from a ripe bitter gourd.
Sow the seeds at about 3 to 4 inches deep.
Water regularly.
These plants require high sunshine to grow so are optimal for growing in summers. If the sunlight or temperature gets low, the growth will be very slow.
The seeds germinated within a week. And the plant grew fast.
Around week-4, the plants started to flower.
After successful pollination, the flowers started producing tiny bitter gourds in the same week.
Few more weeks, and around week-8, ripe bitter gourds were ready for harvest.
I had mixed organic manure with potting soil. This makes the soil very fertile. No chemicals or fertilizer or special soil or any other add-ons were used.
