Hi yarn lovers,

This is the start of my search for economic DK acrylic yarns. Not sure how many stops I will make along the way, but I’ve decided I needed to purchase from Wool Warehouse. I think I said in my intro that I hadn’t purchased from them before and I think I had ordered a few years back - now that I think of it. My memory is slowly going…LOL!

There are some surprising finds along the way - and I’ve worked up a few crochet items to get a good sense of how they perform.

In Australia a good substitute yarn for Jewelspun that I couldn’t remember is Paton Sierra.
