After 'Kismat' was a hit, 'Deewana' a superhit, 'Bijuriya' song in Mausam also really went well.'Jaan' was a super hit. After such songs, people start to expect more from you. That is the reason I want to show some maturity in making the album and do not want to fail in the album. I will fail or not I do not know but from my side, I have put in a lot of efforts. We all made efforts, nice songs were selected in the album. So it's a collection of I think 8-10 songs. We recorded 10 songs but it depends whether we will put 8 or 10 songs."

Sonu Nigam is an Indian Playback singer, live performer, host, and actor.

He sings in Hindi and Kannada language films. He has also sung in English, Bengali, Manipuri, Gujarati, Tamil, Telugu, Marathi, Tulu, Assamese, Odia, Nepali, Maithili and various Indian languages. Nigam has also released Indian pop albums and acted in a number of films. He has been one of the highest paid Indian singers. Often regarded as the "Modern Rafi", now considered as one of the most versatile singers of the Hindi film industry.
Nigam's acting career started as a child in films including Betaab (1983). As an adult, he acted in films such as Jaani Dushman: Ek Anokhi Kahani, Kash Aap Hamare Hote, and Love in Nepal. He has been signed to be in Ankhon Ankhon Mein, about a blind singer.Nigam provided the voice for the lead character, in the Hindi dubbed version of Aladdin.
