The Global Industrial Mobile Robot Stretch Wrap Machine is your solution to wrapping pallets of any size anywhere throughout your facility.
Constructed from durable steel, this portable, battery-powered stretch wrap machine travels to your pallet, reducing forklift traffic and eliminating the need to transfer unstable loads to a fixed station.
This versatile machine can run for 8 hours on a single charge, has no maximum weight capacity, and allows operators to wrap multiple pallets in different zones, freeing up manpower and increasing productivity.
Ideal for use in warehouses, manufacturing settings and more, our Mobile Robot Wrapper comes equipped with the following features:
self-propelled easy-to-steer wheels
a full color touch-screen control panel with custom programmable settings menu
a belt-driven film carriage
a front safety bumper
and film tension control settings
The robot wrapper guide wheel is height adjustable and follows the pallet base in a clockwise motion.
The film carriage travels vertically on the 84” tall mast, and is guided by a photo-electric sensor that automatically detects the top of the cargo.
Machine accepts stretch-wrap rolls up to 20 inches wide and a core size of 3 inches. This unit is Ideal for oversized, unstable, and non-standard loads.
It takes only 70 seconds to package cargo with dimensions of 40” x 40” x 84” high. A 0-300% stretch-wrap ratio provides the machine the ability to consistently stretch material three times its original length to reduce film waste.
