New Toad has been flooded by beggars, Pathao Riders are parking all over. Traffic Jam has been a havoc. Stolen Seats from Singhdurbar has been back after public outcry. It looks like all Balen effort to make Kathmandu beautiful has been marginalized by the new mayor of opposition Party.
