Описание: বন্ধুরা আজকের ভিডিওই আমরা দেখে নেব পশ্চিমবঙ্গ রাজ্য বিদ্যুৎ সংস্থায়ী যে তিন মাসের বিল হয় সেই তিন মাসের বিল কি বিদ্যুৎ গ্রাহকদের কাছ থেকে আগে টাকা নিয়ে নেওয়া হয় নাকি বিদ্যুৎ পড়ানোর পরে টাকা নিয়ে নেওয়া হয় তার ওপরে ।
পশ্চিমবঙ্গ রাজ্য বিদ্যুৎ সংস্থার বিভিন্ন কাস্টমার কেয়ার সেন্টারের গ্রাহকরা গিয়ে মাঝেমধ্যেই প্রশ্ন করেন এবং গ্রাহকদের মনের মধ্যে একটি প্রশ্ন থাকে যে তারা নাকি বিদ্যুৎ বিল আগে পেমেন্ট করছেন কারেন্ট নাকি পরে পোড়াচ্ছেন কারণ হচ্ছে পেমেন্ট রিসিভে লেখা থাকে পরের মাসের নাম ।

কিন্তু বন্ধুরা আজকের ভিডিও আমি সেটাই আলোচনা করব যে বিদ্যুৎ কিন্তু আমরা আগে ব্যবহার করি এবং বিদ্যুৎ ব্যবহার করার ফলে মিটারে যে রিডিং হয় সে রিডিং দেখে পরে বিল হয় এবং সেই বিলের ডিউডেট পরে আগামী তিন মাস এবং সেই টাকা আমরা পরে পেমেন্ট করি ।কারণ ডব্লিউবিএসইডিসিএল যে ইলেকট্রিক মিটার গুলো গ্রাহকদেরকে দেয় সেগুলো হচ্ছে পোস্টপেইড মিটার এই সমস্ত পোস্টপেইড মিটারে আগে রিডিং হয় আগে বিদ্যুতের ইউনিট দেখা হয় সেই ইউনিট দেখে পরে বিল করা তার ।
