Описание: Megan Wallace of Beth Immanuel Messianic Synagogue performs a 1948 collection of Erev Shabbat melodies. All but one of the melodies were composed by the community Adat Meshichim Yehudim, the Messianic Jewish community of Abram Poljak and Pauline Rose in Jerusalem. The first song, Shabbat Hamalka, is a poem by Hayyim Bialik set to music by Pinchas Minkowski. The rest of the melodies appear to be original compositions for Lecha Dodi, Shema, Maariv, Kiddush, Birkat Hamazon, Shalom Aleichem, and Eliyahu HaNavi.
