Healthy Whole Wheat Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins with no added refined sugar, made with Honey and Coconut oil these are incredibly Moist and Tender. Enjoy these Guilt Free Treats made with just a whisk in one bowl within few minutes!
The Best Part is no one can make out it's made with whole wheat and absolutely no refined sugar! I was amazed when my kids finished them within seconds.

INGREDIENTS
3 medium size Ripe bananas
1/2 Cup | 168g Honey (or Maple Syrup/Agave)
1 Large Egg, 55g-65g best
1/2 Cup | 105g Coconut oil(or Vegetable Oil)
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Essence
1 Cup | 113g Whole Wheat Flour/Atta
1/2 Cup | 50g Natural Cocoa, unsweetened
1 Teaspoon | 5g Baking powder
1/4 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
1/4 Teaspoon Cinnamon Powder, optional
1 Teaspoon White Vinegar
1/2 Cup | 80g Mini Semi sweet Chocolate chips, optional
Chopped Nuts, for toppings optional
METHOD
1. Mash 3 medium size Ripe bananas in a bowl till no lumps. Add Honey, Egg, Coconut oil and Vanilla Essence. Whisk well.
2. Place a Sieve on top of the bowl. Add Whole Wheat Flour, Cocoa powder, Baking powder, Soda, Salt and Cinnamon powder. Sift together in two batches mixing well. Do not Overmix though. It's best to weigh all the ingredients using a Kitchen scale for perfect results.
3. Add Vinegar or Lemon juice. Add Mini Chocolate Chips and fold them gently into the batter. Fill till 3/4 th of the cupcake liners. Sprinkle with chopped nuts of your choice and chocolate chips.
4. Bake @180C in a preheated oven for 30-35 mins or till a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let them cool for 10 mins in the pan before transferring them in a wire rack to cool completely.
5. Tastes Best the next Day. Bon Appetit 🍽️🥰
Tip: Use Only Ripe bananas. They are easier to mash and will yield a richer moister texture.
