Dolphy's son Eric Quizon said his father's condition continues to progress after the comedy king responded well to dialysis. Quizon said his father underwent a tracheostomy "to alleviate from a lot of discomfort and make it easier for his organs to perform properly." Quizon also said his father is more responsive and more frequently awake compared to the previous days.
