Rarely have I been able to finish the ending phrase when I choose, but I did so in the video and two other times for the masses I worked that weekend. Before consistently doing Breathing Gym every day, I didn't have the mind-muscle connection to make the choice. To access my breath as deeply ans easily as possible whole hauling everything open and out of the way to produce a beautiful And powerful sound. It's not enough to be loud or accurate. Songs are literally in our bodies when we sing them. They have to mean something. That's where conscious practice, interpretation and artistry meet and walk together.

This happens to be a song often performed at funerals, so having a video reference for families to choose makes funeral arrangements that much easier.
