140 nautical miles. 24 hours at sea. And engine trouble in the middle of the night. ⛵ Our summer family sailing adventure continues as we leave Byxelkrok on Öland and head south along the Swedish coast towards Denmark.
In this episode, we sail one of the longer legs of our journey, covering 140 nautical miles over 24 hours. During the night watch, the engine starts acting up, adding a bit of unexpected problem-solving to the passage.
We stop in Kalmar and Kristianopel before continuing towards Falsterbo, where stronger winds are forecasted on arrival.
