Ingredients
Samosa:
Tuna fish
Salt
1tsp corriandor
1carrots grated
3onions chopped
Vishete:
2cups all purpose flour
3tbsp sugar
Salt
1tbsp yeast
1tbsp corn flour mix the dry ingredients together
1 cup warm milk
1tbsp blueband
When the dough is ready cover for 20 minutes to rise
Cook on a medium heat
For the syrup
1cup water
Half cup sugar
Cardamom crushed
Kaimati/LUQAIMAT:
2cups all purpose flour
2tbsp sugar
Salt
1tbsp caster powder
1tbsp yeast mix together
1 cup and half warm water
Cover for 20 minutes to rise
Cook on a medium heat
Cake:
1cup blueband
1cup sugar
4EGGS
Vanilla powder
1tbsp baking powder
2cups all purpose flour
2tbsp milk
Pre heat the oven 225 and cook for 30 minutes
