Fixing Erratic Idle on 986 Boxster | Hunting Idle Fix Porsche Boxster

Описание: In this video, I will show you how to access and remove the throttle body and MAF sensor on a 986 Porsche Boxster. These cars have issues with the throttle body getting caked in oil and carbon deposits, and this causes the flow of air through the throttle plate at idle to be obstructed. Since this is down stream of the MAF, the ECU has to try an compensate for the missing air, and this is where the fluctuation happens. You can easily fix this by cleaning and removing all the carbon off of the throttle plate.
