Materials needed
1 metal witch hat frame
1 roll 10 inch deco mesh
2 roll 6 inch deco mesh
2 rolls ribbon with wire
1 Christmas floral pick
1 pom pom
1 package of pipe cleaners
floral stem wire
wire cutters
scissors
zip tie to hang wreath
