Ep. 11: What food did I get in the Dining Car of my Fun Work Train in two last weekends?

Описание: 1) Inspired by mr. Lynch's Weather Reports and his speech that he make on Saturday and Sunday on the "fun work train" and all its Cars, including in fact the Dining Cars, this is a new series on food that I created some weeks ago. I upload these videos always on Saturday (Sunday night) and Sunday (Monday night) or directly on Monday like this case and I insert them in the specific playlist called by me "Saturday and Sunday: What did I get (or they serve) in my Dining Car tonight?".
Then, in my Dining Car of Saturday and Sunday of the last two weeks I ate various things as you noticed, in particular I would like to emphasize that spectacular Pasta alla Boolognese that I ated on Sunday October 29th and those beautiful pieces of nougat, a sweet that here in Italy we ate in this period, first days of November.

2) As regard the music in background as you know as always it's mine. Generally what I almost always insert is my interpretation of Dance of The Dream Man (Solo Sax), link here:    • A Dance of the Dream Man Suite (Keyboard) ...  , to dream even more at the vision of food, but sometimes, as the case of today, I also put Freshly Squeezed (   • Freshly Squeezed (Only Accompaniament) Twi...  ), which if I'm not mistaken is often heard in the Twin Peaks scenes relating to when they eat donuts and drink coffee in the sheriff's department. Yes, anyway here in the Twin Peaks '90 -'91 playlist if anyone is interested you can find the interpretations of these two audio + video pieces, even if regarding Freshly Squeezed in truth I only played the bass part on the left hand because the part on the right hand I have never learned it in full form, only in the abbreviated version of the piece, so since I am one who has to do things well, as soon as I have time in the future I will almost certainly do the complete interpretation of the track.
