STORYLINE
Syrians fleeing an escalation of violence continued to pour into Turkey on Saturday, with workers putting the final touches to a third camp for displaced persons at Boynuyogun.
The majority of people are being housed at either the Altinozu camp, a former Turkish Tobacco Factory, or the Yayladagi camp.
A Turkish official at Altinozu on Saturday said capacity was near full and newcomers would be taken to Boynuyogun.
Lines of newly erected tents could be seen on Saturday, with workers welding fences around the camp and laying power lines.
Syria's brutal crackdown has angered the leader of neighbouring Turkey, who accused the regime of President Bashar Assad of "savagery".
Turkey has vowed to keep it's border open to fleeing refugees.
Syrian tanks sealed the restive northern city of Jisr al-Shughour on Saturday, and activists said they expected an all-out government assault on the region near the Turkish border.
Assad has sent heavy armour, including tanks, and thousands of troops to the region as he struggles to crush a nearly three-month uprising against his family's 40-year rule.
