Only 4 packages are locked until you pass certain missions so I will also show you which missions you need to pass in order to unlock them.

They are 100 total and they unlock weapons at your Portland, Staunton Island and Shoreside Vale hideouts. You get $250 for each package. The rewards are:

This is a real, 100% walkthrough of the game "Grand Theft Auto Liberty City Stories" (or just GTA LCS). I am playing on the PSP version with the PPSSPP emulator using an Xbox One controller.

The PSP version of Liberty City has a multiplayer mode, for up to six players through WiFi ad-hoc mode (same area).
