Occupying over 45,000 square feet on the second level of The Post building, the produce section alone spans around 15,000 square feet, showcasing the spacious layout. While stocked with local BC brands, President's Choice products, and various whole food options sourced locally, owner David Sherwood emphasized that customers will be drawn to the ready-to-eat section. Dubbed the "Canteen" near the entrance, it will feature a 20-foot carving station with prime rib, roast chicken, salmon and dozens of hot vegetable and salad selections changing seasonally. A prime rib meal with two sides can be had for $15. Build-your-own pasta is also available for a mere $10. Most items are made and prepared fresh daily in-house, such as the house-made flatbreads baked four times per day to ensure customers receive the freshest options. House-baked bread is similarly prepared daily. A variety of options including fried chicken, paninis, pasta, house-juiced drinks and sushi can all be found. Notably, 92 of the 170 staff are devoted solely to daily food preparation from scratch.
