TrendLines. Horizontal line and rectangle

Strategy:

1. The trend line must have 3 touches on the wick(tail of the candlestick)
2. If you are looking for a buy the Trendline must be drawn from the top and for a sell from the bottom.
3. You can take trades when a candlestick breakthrough your trendline or wait for a retest.
4. When the market is going in a different direction to what you have analyzed this is a consolidation phase
use this to your advantage and add more trades

Modifications

1. Zoom out completely
2. look for the lowest point
3. look for the highest points
4. once you have verified this you can start looking for trend and where the market is heading.
