Come 2022-2023, this home will easily climb up to the 2-3MM mark, once the Watercourse is up and running, and multiple million-dollar homes are all ready to go. Not mentioned on the video, a block down from the house, the new elementary school will begin construction soon...also a cafe/bakery.
