In this video, I suggest measuring your water on the ground in optimal conditions first before addressing the small factors like emitter diameter or installing pressure reducers.

You can use coffee cups or for better precision, I use a small arsenal of in-ground irrigation collection and measurement cups to figure out how fast my sprinklers cover each irrigation zone on my property.

► For above-ground sprinkler setups I also recommend using multiple low-to-the-ground sprinklers per zone rather than one large overhead oscillating sprinkler.
