This 20-minute gentle yoga class is a slow, floor-based practice designed to release tight hips and ease lower back tension. Perfect if you sit a lot, wake up stiff, or simply want a calm moment to reset.
We’ll move with the breath to:

✨ Lengthen the spine
✨ Downshift the nervous system
Everyone is welcome, with supportive options offered throughout. You’ll finish feeling lighter in your hips, longer through your spine, and steadier in your breath.
