Tigers of Choy Lee Fut – Emergency Maneuvers

Описание: Many techniques in the Choy Lee Fut style are designed to help when things go wrong or if you are countered by your opponent. For example, the “Twist Stance”, is used mainly for transitions and in its design, it helps create muscle memory to help your footwork and positioning to regain an advantage when fighting.

When training with pads, there are many drills you can do to help deal with a strong block and various other situations that go wrong. It is so important to go above and beyond and to be over prepared.

In Tigers of Choy Lee Fut we never underestimate our opponents, we always train to win but also how to get out of situations that go wrong. We call it “Worst Case Scenarios”.

While filming these videos I must say we have a lot of fun doing them, but we alos have a lot of laughs… We shared some bloopers before and in this video we had a little fun making fun of Sifu with the editing… lol
