Bacon and Egg Sandwich:
Ingredients:
For these amounts , i made 2 large sandwiches.
bread ( i used whole wheat bread)
1 boiled egg
3/4 cup bacon, in small cubes
3 tb mayo ( more or less, for your taste)
1 tp mustard
1 tp olive oil
Cut the bacon and the egg in small cubes. Cook the bacon with a little bit of olive oil for few minutes, until crispy. Remove and place on a paper towel. Mix with the egg, mayo and mustard. Combine very well all the ingredients. Keep in your fridge until you make your sandwiches. Delicious!!!
