23 Year Old Kai McKenzie hit the internet by storm with his videos highlighting his journey as a fashion designer reaching millions across the world. Coming from mixed Japanese-Australian descent, he moved to Japan to grow his brand, connect with his roots and immerse himself amongst other craftsmen, artists and designers.

I sat down with Kai and toured his studio to understand how he’s accomplished so much at a young age, and where he hopes to go next.

A quick note. Since filming this video, Kai has decided to move back to Australia. However, he plans to move back to Japan in the near future!
