G'day Youtubers! This is my interpretation of the bass line in Joe Crocker's cover of The Letter. The track you hear isn't the original - It's a live recording he sometime in the 70's, which I reckon is actually better than the one off his album! A few mistakes on my part with this one, as every version I heard had a different bass line to the other. I also cut the drum and vocal solo at the end down a few bars, as there was no bass in that part and I didn't want the video to drag on and on hahah. I used for the first time on Youtube, my newish Fender Geddy Lee Jazz bass, running into my Eden WT-400 head with Flat EQ, and then DI straight into my soundcard. Had a ripper of a time learning and recording this one. Until next upload, Enjoy, and cheers for watching :)
