You should not perform HU Breath if you are driving, moving, swimming ice baths or operating machinery. Please find a comfortable safe place, where you lay down or sitting up in a lotus position, and breath. The sensational feelings like tingling or ringing in the ears is normal, but if it becomes too much just STOP! If you get to the stage where you faint or pass out it means you’ve over done it but that should teach you for next time. Please please be careful and make sure no sharp objects or furniture is nearby that could possibly injure you should you lose consciousness.
