2 blocks medium firm or firm tofu (I'm using firm silken tofu in this recipe)
1 Tbsp Turmeric
1 Tbsp Paprika
2 Tbsp Nutritional Yeast
1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
1/2 - 1 Tsp Black Salt (more to taste)
Salt and Pepper to Taste
