I would recommend swapping after Merc lab (3rd), not Cruel lab (2nd) like I did.
I forgot that blood stance is really good, the "Intimidate nearby enemies if you have Rage" is just 10% more damage, and swapping Ancestral Call for Ruthless support is like 30%+ more damage on pinnacle bosses. Easily Sub 6'able
