A differential equation of first order and first degree may be exact or may not be exact. An exact differential equation is solvable but if it isn't exact then we have to multiply the DE by some suitable function. That function is called an Integrating factor for the DE. With respect to different DEs we have different IFs and the main concept of this video is to discuss the rules to find those IFs. Here in this video we have discussed Rule 1 to find IF for a Differential Equation.
