Bicycle Commuter's Lunch

An typical lunch for my commuting days. I swap around the deli meats, cheese, tomato type, and greens each week. I've also thought about trying a wrap instead of bread.
This week, in order of appearance, is:
Multi-grain bread
1(-ish) serving of ketchup
Arugula
Roast Turkey (3 slices)
Fresh Jalapeño pepper (medium sized)
half(-ish) serving of mustard
Italian sun-dried tomato ham (3 slices)
Orange bell-pepper (4 thick slices)
Swiss cheese (1 slice)
Half(-ish) of plum tomato
1 serving each of mayo and mustard
Arugula
Multi-grain bread
It may seem like a lot but on my commute days (3 to 4 times a week) I do 40 km in (about 1 hr 50 min) and 21 km back (about 1 hr) on a 22 kg loaded bike. Plus, I'm still doing my steady fat burn of about 1 kg per month. It works. :)
