Still, he found time to sit down with VladTV once more to discuss his now infamous interview with Kanye West, saying that while West took issue with his blunt style, he considers it his greatest interview and loves that West namedropped him at a show, even within a negative context.
He also questions whether or not Yeezy has respect for the radio industry, as Kanye also called out veteran Hip-Hop journalist Sway Calloway of MTV's Sway in the Morning and The Wake-Up Show. Calloway's resume and respect within the culture is extensive, and Charlamagne felt it was wack of Kanye to criticize him in that manner.
Overall, Charlamagne remains a fan of Kanye West, but not Kanye "Kardashian," who feels his level of musical genius entitles him to escape "the process."
