Sec. 2. Deferring Certain Payroll Tax Obligations
The Secretary of the Treasury is hereby directed to use his authority to defer the withholding, deposit, and payment of the tax imposed, and so much of the tax imposed as is attributable to the rate in effect on wages or compensation, as applicable, paid during the period of September 1, 2020, through December 31, 2020, subject to the following conditions:

Bi-weekly payments of less than $4000
Deferred without any penalties, interest, or additional tax.

Sec 3. Authorizing Guidance by the Secretary of the Treasury
Sec 4 The Secretary of the Treasury shall explore avenues, including legislation, eliminate the obligation to pay the taxes deferred (does not say deferrable).

Go to the employer and quested it.
The employer may also defer their portion but both are due at the end of the year currently
This means that there is a chance of seeing a Christmas Repayment or no Christmas Bonus
What to do
If you take the money then save the difference and invest it.
Here are a few options.

If you are not good at saving then don't do it.

Possible Permanent
It might be that if you do it and it's permanent it would most likely mean fewer taxes owed for the year this could be found in a refund if you did not ask for the deferral.
