Red Lock is a Canada-only 1v1 osu! tournament made specifically to foster talent for the osu! World Cup. Players must be eligible to register for OWC as a part of Team Canada and must not have played OWC for Team Canada in the previous year. The tournament format and mappools are meant to somewhat mirror OWC as well, with a Qualifier round into a double-elimination Round of 32 bracket and non-slot pooling used in many cases.
Donations made through Ko-Fi go directly to the prize pool, and all donations up to a cumulative $500 cap are matched to help bring the overall prize pool to $1,000 CAD. Further, all donations of $5 CAD or more come with a support banner to display on your osu! profile. Donators can also support particular players in the tournament.
