Scuffed run, but still wanted to upload something to set a time. Haven't seen anything faster on Youtube so far anyways.
Only Bungie knows how Harpy didn't die in 3 phases. There were also some major time losses on final boss due to me losing Arctrician.
Sub 20 or at least low 20 will happen soon.
Hunter is technically faster since you can 2 phase Harpy but that would be awful to run XD.
