Picked up a brushless Honda GX200 petrol generator which is fitted with a Clarke 3.4KVA alternator. This Honda GX200 engine has been stored for a few years, was told it was running fine however, the guy sold it to me as a spare's or repair project.

The Honda GX200 engine is fitted with a Clarke 3.4KVA alternator which should be capable of producing around 2800 watts of power no problem.

This is a brushless generator, so no AVR on this one however we do check the compression on this engine, adjust the valves and spark plug gap, change the oil, paint the frame, replace the 230v plug, flush out the fuel tank, and also a few other tasks in order to try and see if this old garage find Honda GX200 Clarke Power Generator will produce the 215v and 230v required - no / low power output and a capacitor replacement required for this one.
