For the audio I use a playlist of all my digitized music. About 17,683 songs and I keep the playlist going in shuffle, I play 5 playlists together and use the app beatdrop visualizer to make a new video. Beatdrop takes all the 5 playlists audio and that determines the brightness of the visualization. I make these videos for about 5 hours long give or take 4 hours, some are very long videos and they get uploaded here. Look for the long videos to see them. I take these long videos and I make these videos here at about 5 minutes give or take 4 minutes. These ~5 minute videos are made in Max/MSP 8 media program. In this program I make a new patch of modules with various parameters every few weeks and then tweak the patch till I move on to the next one. A patch takes two of the above hour long videos and mixes them. These videos play in a loop. The audio is mixed from the 2 video streams. With the visual steams I have effects modules and mixing modules to make the ~5 minute videos. The effects modules in the mixing patch have their parameters changing at various rates with an oscillator of various types, like a sine wave, or ramp up, or ramp down, and saw or triangle, also I set their rate, sometimes I do oscillate the oscillators rate but not often, as that usually doesn't work well. These days the length of the recorded new video from mixing the streams is random and changes in each record. It was not alway like that, in past videos I have them set to the same length of time like 5 minutes and 55 seconds. The random value is set to a randomized value of time down to the 1,000th of a second.

The modules in the Max/MSP 8 have a conversion module sorta like an effects module or an oscillation module that I can input an audio signal to, say the left channel or the right channel and it will output a value. I use 2 audio modules with the two channels one for each channel. I can take that value the right audio and put it into the x coordinate, for the offset center of the visualizer effect, or offset for y value for the effect from the left audio channel. This works but is very jittery (the whole set of modules is called jitter in max). I also can set this audio value to say the blend mode of the blending of two video streams(burn blend or inverse blend or add or subtract multiply the blending. So it will change with the volume of the audio or something like that. I found this does not work well, but changing the mixing value means the amount of video stream 1 vs video stream 2. Such that 1 is all the way to just video stream 2 and 0 is all the way video stream 1 so that value between 0-1 is set by the audio sounds and changing per loudness is a better way to make the visuals affected by audio volume, Starting with the beatdrop then using those videos with these effects but also the processing of these values causes a lag or delay between the and they jitter,.. this is making chaos that is OK but not as pretty as when I only work with the beatdrop audio to video stuff,.. I can and do every now and then make a Max 8 audio effects module. It's just not as clean on my macbook pro laptop.

Some people who are usually anxious find these videos will relieve their anxiety, and yet others without anxiety might become anxious by watching, and yet others don't experience any of that. I make the videos for relief from my residual flashbacks of hallucinations. If anyone else is helped, it is good, if someone is disturbed by them they can just turn them off.

It may not be a path you take but note in the video that it may be a kind of feeling that something is about to happen for you, or a sound or shape together that helps you know "who you are" in the world and who you want to be in the future.
