Hi Everyone,
Welcome back to another vlog!
Here's the part 2 of my Pagibig Housing Loan video.
Dito guysm ishashare namin sa inyo yung experience namin after we receive the notice of approval (Yes! Approve na!)
Also, additional requirements need to submit and how we process those requirements.

Timeline

Apr 30 - 1st application
June 18 - receivepo namin yung NOA Then start na po kami mapaconstruct for equity requirements
Aug 23 - nagawa na ung initial construction kaya nagrequest na kami sa kanila para magconduct ng inspection then
Sept 5 - narelase po samin ang 1st cheque
Dec 18 - nacomplete napo namin ung requirements and 90% done na po ang house, request 2nd inspection
Feb 14 - release po ng final check
March - start na po ng monthly amortization. 😆

Additional Info:
According to Kevin Fallen (see comment below) - You can still apply for Pagibig housing loan kahit may existing salary loan basta updated po ang payment. Ang hindi lang po pwede kapag same housing loan ang existing loan. 😀
