Few of my favorite lines seem to appear "best line" compilations, so I made one to have them all in one place. Not really presented in any kind of order, though I'm rather fond of 0:00, 3:50, 5:03, and 9:08. These are simply my favorite lines. And I'm sure I've forgotten a few*. If you want to know what episode a line came from, post a comment.
*A few lines I forgot:
"To the rational mind, nothing is inexplicable, only unexplained."
"Maybe you should see a doctor." "Are you trying to be funny?"
"And so they took it upon themselves to act like second-rate gods!"
I don't enjoy the Moffat era of Doctor Who, which is why I included only one line from that era.
