1901 Tjalk (Rode Poon) Dutch Barge
An extraordinary historical vessel with every amenity necessary for onboard living.
This original Sailing Trawler of riveted iron over clinker was converted in Rotterdam in 1978 and then again recently with enhanced electrics and new kitchen.
At least 5 berths in three cabins all with beautiful cabinetry with volumes of storage capacity. Radiators in all cabins heated by a diesel boiler. It has a very light and airy main saloon with a wood stove. Including a fridge freezer and washing machine.
It even has a usable workshop with a worktop and vice in the engine room. 6no. 100Ah batteries attached to an inverter with comprehensive electrical system.
