Can you shut an eye when shooting trap & skeet? Of course.
If someone's eyes aren't working together correctly, it may be easier to shoot with one eye closed/covered than with both open, but it's still going to use more fuel and be harder than shooting with both eyes open when they're working together correctly.
About 30-50% of people have a challenge shooting shotgun with both eyes open and unfortunately most self-select out of the sport because of frustration.
But it doesn't have to be that way and we teach people how to shoot with both eyes open without confusion...oftentimes in just a few minutes...with vision and other neurological drills designed to get the eyes working together and the brain processing what we see in a way that's not confusing.
I've got a video of a presentation that I did with an audience of over 100 shooters where I had them go through follow along drills with me and you can see the results they got in real time...or do the drills at home and see for yourself whether they work for you at https://VisionTraining.com/shotgun
Повторяем попытку...
