In this video I talk about one of the newest forms of filtration that we have in the aquarium hobby, the ziss bubble bio filter. The ziss bubble bio filter is a moving bed filter that helps increase the amount of beneficial bacteria needed in your aquarium for your fish and your fish tank to thrive. I specifically talk about how this filter is actually unnecessary in the "standard aquarium" but instead, can be a huge benefit in breeding tanks that don't have a lot of surface area to house all of the extra beneficial bacteria in your aquarium. I am a hobbyist from Southern Indiana. I currently have 30 tanks and have a few more to add to the fish room. I keep a variety of livebearers, angel fish, rainbow fish, barbs, tetras, rasboras, corydoras, plecos and NeoCaridinia shrimp.
