Revelation Effects have been birthed out of a passion for quality gear and after creating the Revelation Cable brand they have got together their first pedal! The drive sounds that can be had on this pedal are second to none, full of character and grit and make you want to keep playing. The EQ is powerful both in shaping your tone and boosting frequencies into breakup. I am not the hugest Tube Screamer fan but I found winding the mids right up was a real standout breakup tone. I have the Victory DP40 just on the edge of breakup so you can really hear how the pedal works with an amp and pushing it when boosted. The boost is a great addition too. I can really see this pedal as being a studio tool and a board tool to shape tones into an amp modeller or IR or for a great drive sound into an amp etc etc. Cool options and fun on both Les Paul and Strat!
