Our Award-Winning Junior Dragons Success For Life Programme offers kids between the ages of 7 - 12 years old the opportunity to learn Kickboxing in a safe productive environment.

Our kickboxing classes focus on developing speed, focus and mental agility through a variety of high energy drills and skills designed to build and condition each child's attitude, behaviour, fitness and overall character development.
