Here’s my favorite go to Glute workout for building strong & round glutes.
Exercise 1:
Smith Hip Thrust (any hip thrust is fine)
Reps 8-12
2 warmups
2 working sets
Set 1: do a 1 rest pause. You go to failure then rest 15-20 seconds and go again with the same weight. It will burn!
Set 2: failure then 2 drops sets
Bulgarian Split Squat
Reps 8-12
2 warmups
2 working sets
Set 1 - failure then 1 drop set
Set 2 - on your last rep hold for 9 seconds
Smith kickback
2 straight sets here of 8-12
Gluteator or Abduction machine
3 sets x 8-12
