I talk about how my autistic brain demands predictability (Monday = Clean Start only, thanks), while my ADHD brain rebels unless there’s dopamine involved—and how that clash leads to classic ADHD paralysis, shutdowns, and the kind of shame spirals only someone with rejection sensitivity dysphoria will truly understand.
I also explain how I’ve hacked my routines with things like external accountability (hello, personal trainer I paid to tolerate my gym hatred), and how I’ve reframed my planner from a punishment system into a flexible, neurodivergent-friendly support tool.
This isn’t a “how to be more productive” video. It’s a real conversation about what it’s like when your go-to systems break down—especially for late-diagnosed autistic and ADHD women like me who’ve built their whole identity around holding everything together.
